Ban Appeal Format - Please Read

Follow these steps when posting a ban appeal.
1. List the username that was banned from the chat.
2. Post (if you can) when you were banned or why you were banned.
3. Write a short 2-3 sentence summary on why you should be unbanned/why you think this ban was unjust and you are still unbanned.
